Thankfulness

As this time of Thanksgiving is near, we often stop to give thanks for our family & friends and health. Our family has so much to be thankful for, but for many in our lives who experience
the journeys of adoption and infertility, to be at the end of our adoption journeys is such an awesome feeling. We have yet to stop thanking Him for all he has done for us even though the summer has been kinda tough adjusting to. We are so thankful for lifes journey that he has sent us on the last 12 years together. The ups & downs of adoptions is a road that many people hear about but never have to travel down. If you are one traveling down this road, never stop believing. We are a specially chosen by HIM, trained to wait in patience, and believe with everlasting Faith. We are so thankful for our double blessing this summer! It is awesome that God brought them into our lives by way of a couple of co-workers! We would have never dreamed twins, but God is so Good! It is so hard to believe we are at then end of our paperchasing journey. We have always known that adoption was our way of telling about God's love for us to others, but now it is even more sweet to share of his double blessing! Both our waits each time was 18 months, double the wait of a normal pregnancy. Some can even get treatments to conceive, but our journey was totally relying on FAITH. We had no other choice! I am so thankful for my husband and all the lessons he has taught me in life so far. We usually balance each other out & we are a perfect fit. He is a very giving person & I am glad God first gave him to me 6.5 years before Autumn came along! I can't imagine my adoption journey without him. Adoption will always be a special part of our lives and something we'll always support and for that we are very thankful, this year especially!
